The lots are currently being prepared for development and are not expected to be available for public purchase until mid-spring 2027. This creates an opportunity to become involved well before the public release. The goal is simple: to create homes that belong on their lots rather than simply being placed on them. The homes will be offered as thoughtfully designed, turnkey packages with established architectural character and carefully selected finishes, materials, fixtures, and details. Buyers will be able to see the vision for the home and understand the scope and direction of the project before construction begins.
